NAMASTE'
Hello, beautiful souls!
Welcome to aadiShakti, a space born out of passion, purpose and a journey of self-discovery into the depths of yoga and mindful living. Here, I’ve gathered my experiences, insights, and teachings to create a little sanctuary just for you.
Yoga has been my life’s compass, especially since 2020 when I first rolled out my mat in Rishikesh. Starting out as an Ashtanga practitioner, I discovered how grounding yet liberating the practice could be. Each pose, breath, and movement became a journey inward, helping me break free from my corporate routine and follow a path I felt aligned with one that values health, peace and purpose to me.
Whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps on the mat or a seasoned yogi seeking deeper connection, I am here to support and inspire your practice on your journey home. Our approach blends traditional yogic philosophy with a touch of modern life because I believe yoga is for everyone, everywhere, at every level. Here, you’ll find classes that make you feel empowered, balanced and more connected with yourself.
So, if you're looking to deepen your practice, start fresh, or simply explore, I’m thrilled to have you here. Let’s flow together, learn, and embrace this journey called yoga. I’m so excited to welcome you to our community, wherever you are in the world!
With love and light,
Soumya Shivangi Chauhan
Founder of aadiShakti
